If you ever believe your SoulShine piece has a manufacturing issue, simply return it to us for inspection. If we confirm a defect, we will lovingly repair or replace your jewel at no cost.
Please note, this warranty does not cover:

• Scratches and wear from everyday use
• Neglect, improper care, or unauthorized alterations
