If you ever believe your SoulShine piece has a manufacturing issue, simply return it to us for inspection. If we confirm a defect, we will lovingly repair or replace your jewel at no cost.

Please note, this warranty does not cover:

·      Damage caused by accidents or misuse

·      Scratches and wear from everyday use

·      Neglect, improper care, or unauthorized alterations

• Domestic Orders (U.S.)

For every order above $500, we include complimentary FedEx 2-Day shipping. To ensure your treasures arrive securely, an adult signature is required upon delivery.

• International Orders

We ship worldwide with FedEx Priority (3–5 business days). A flat fee of $80 USD applies, plus any duties and taxes required by your country of residence.
